| Comments | "I was watching a video of her called Jacqueline Du Pré and the Elgar Cello Concerto. Before the actual performance it showed her working with one of her students on bowings for the concerto, she would give the bowing and then sing the phrase perfectly in tune, she done this a couple of times throughout the video, as I know the concerto I could instantly tell she was perfectly in tune. A few months later I was reading a book called "Jacqueline, a biography", in this book it mentioned an incident (by her mother concert Pianist Iris Greep), when Jacqueline was about 8 or 9 years old getting ready to play in a competition, as they were walking to the venue the clock know as "Big Ben" rang, Instantly she named the interval and the 2 Pitches that chimed and was perfectly correct."
